- Service hours: 24 hours 7 days a week. (24 hour service is occasionally unavailable) - Business hours service rates (7AM-7PM) Monday thru Friday. $45 roll out charge includes a trip to your house and 10 minutes of time for simple plumbing repairs that don't require hand tools, questions or in person estimates. Any job that requires hand tools has a half hour minimum charge for labor. $30 per 1/4 hour after the first 10 minutes. ($45 roll out only applies inside Lake Oswego city limits). - Weekend rates Saturday and Sunday - $65 roll out charge and $45 per 1/4 hour with a half hour minimum. - After hours service rates (7PM-7AM) 7 days a week. $65 roll out charge, $50 per 1/4 hour with a 1/2 hour minimum charge. - Senior citizen discount offered on labor and materials. - Free advice and estimates over the phone. - We Service: Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Clackamas, Gladstone, Gresham, Happy Valley, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City, Sherwood, Tigard, Tualatin, Vancouver WA, West Linn, Wilsonville.
